What we do differently
Thanks for your interest in joining the Hana Holistic Medical Center for Alternative Medicine in San Francisco. We believe you should expect more from a leading primary care doctor.
Unlike ordinary primary care doctors, Hana Holistic provides additional alternative medical services to its San Francisco and Berkeley area patients combining Eastern and Western healthcare in a uniquely modern setting. We believe it’s our responsibility as primary care doctors to help you stay healthy, prevent disease before it happens, better manage chronic conditions, and to give you the tools and support that you need to achieve both your health and wellness goals. We provide additional alternative medicine services in Berkeley and San Francisco not covered by Medicare or private medical insurance. Our members support the practice by paying an annual membership fee of $250 or a recurring $25 monthly instalment instead. The annual membership for couples is $450 or $45 per month.

Practice Policy
Please see the Membership Agreement which we propose to be signed by our patients to create a contract between the Medical Center and the patient, leading toward our accomplishing our goals together. By necessity, the Membership Agreement has to be somewhat legalistic. Please let us know if you have any questions about it. The most important point to understand is that you can terminate the Agreement by providing notice to the Medical Center of at least 45 days. We believe the 45 days is necessary to allow the Medical Center to make every effort to accomplish your health goals.
